ACK Trails uses your location to find trails near you and to enable features such as using Navigator to track your activity. Your privacy is incredibly important to us, and we won’t ever share your location information.

We’re excited to expand the ACK Trails platform which now is available in English and Spanish! As our product develops, we may not be able to support older mobile devices with outdated software. You may experience odd bugs or nuances if that is the case. At this time, for mobile devices we support the following:
• iOS 15 and newer*
• Android 8 and newer*

One of the great benefits of ACK Trails is that you can download maps to your phone for offline use. This allows you to view detailed map information and navigate using your phone’s built-in GPS while you’re out on the trail - even when you don’t have a data signal!
• Open the ACKTrails app
• Tap on the desired trail that you want to download.
• Select ‘Download map’ from the tabs at the top of the screen
• Once saved, your downloaded maps are stored and accessible through the Profile screen under ‘Offline Maps’

All ACK Trails routes are created through the Nantucket’s Island organizations:
• Nantucket Conservation Foundation
• Nantucket Land Bank
• Sconset Trust
